How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled or used.
Do your fingerboards come pre-assembled?
Most of our complete sets come unassembled to allow you the experience of building your own setup. However, we do offer pre-assembly services upon request for a small additional fee.
